Darrell is the leader of redchip’s Commercial Litigation team. Darrell specialises in corporate and commercial litigation and advisory work, employment and IR law, intellectual property, commercial transactions, insolvency law and property disputes.
Having held senior roles in-house for a major Australian insurance company and also for leading professional firms, Darrell has the benefit of being able to bring a variety of perspectives to complex disputes and then drive through to an understanding of the make-or-break issues. He has broad experience in the law, including litigation, but has found a niche and particular capability in high end litigious matters.
Darrell is admitted in the Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales as well as the High Court of Australia.
He has appeared in all Courts in Queensland and New South Wales and is able to use his experience and connections in both states to assist clients resolve their disputes.”
