Chris is a member of the commercial litigation and insolvency teams, and has appeared on behalf of clients in both the Queensland and Federal court systems.
He has successfully represented commercial clients in disputes with a variety of stakeholders. Chris regularly advises insolvency practitioners on the full range of commercial and legal issues associated with their appointments as administrators, liquidators, receivers and trustees.
Chris assists commercial clients in an advisory capacity by giving guidance on business structures, commercial transactions, tax and stamp duty issues and asset protection. He also helps clients properly navigate the employment relationship.
