Angela brings a wealth of experience to her role as senior associate with the firm’s Litigation Team.

Angela practices primarily in the areas of insolvency and general commercial litigation. She has been involved in all facets of insolvency administrations, including advising insolvency practitioners, creditors and debtors, and has appeared in both state and federal jurisdictions in a wide variety of matters. Whilst having extensive experience in court room situations, Angela also appreciates the need to sometimes take an alternative approach to dispute resolution. She seeks to tailor the process of each matter to the client’s specific needs to ensure an expedient, cost effective and successful outcome.

Angela is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (Qld). Through her membership of these associations Angela is able to keep informed with up to the minute changes in the laws surrounding insolvency and advise her clients of the potential impact to them.
